I received the confirmation of delivery email a week after the set delivery date. I don't know if the delivery was late or just the email. I'm from the UK buying for a friend on holiday. Various things on your website didn't cope with this very well. It wouldn't verify her UK cellphone. I've just had to say I'm from Canada on the feedback form.

My employer sent me the FALL FLIRTATIONS arrangement as a "Thank You" for extra work I did for them and the flowers were exquisite! Beautifully arranged and fresh and the colors were so vivid. What impressed me as well is that I missed the first delivery attempt and they made a second visit to my home to deliver the arrangement late Saturday afternoon when other florists were probably closed. I definitely would recommend Katherine
